Consultations are FREE! Over the phone or virtually at your convivence. If you are seeking services and or thinking of wanting to hire me as your Doula, we can talk it over!

We will discuss what your birth plan and postpartum plan is. I will take notes and we will discuss what kind of service I can set up for you.

Loving Package One

If you are wanting hands on support before, during, and after birth. 1 postpartum visit in person.

2 In person prenatal visits, 1 virtual prenatal visit

On call 24/7 after 36 weeks (unless we discussed otherwise)

Hands on comfort measures, Rebozo, Aromatherapy, Position changing (birthing ball and peanut), Room comfort setup

I will stay 3 hours after birth to be sure mama and baby are doing well and baby is latching. We can also talk about your birth experience.

1 in person postpartum visit any day after you get home to be sure mama and family are settling well, should be scheduled a week after being home. I will also do a mental health check to be sure Mama is doing well, I am here to be sure Mama is well taken care of and is fully supported.

Loving Package Two

If you are wanting Birth and Postpartum care, this is a combined package of Loving package One and Loving Postpartum care package.

Limited Postpartum Visits = 6 visits within 12 weeks

(If you are needing more visits, extra care time will be $15/ hour for any extra time outside of the 6 visits.)

Loving Postpartum Care Only

Services for post partum can be curated to your needs.

My hourly Daytime rates are $20/ hour.

Day Time post partum care includes:

  • Light errand running
  • Watching older kids and baby for Mama to be able to shower, nap, eat or Mama can go out to spend time with self or partner
  • Light cleaning
  • Washing of children's clothing
  • Assist with setting up Meal Train or meal plans

My hourly rates are $25/ hour during the evening/overnight.

Evening/overnight postpartum care includes:

  • Light cleaning
  • Washing childrens clothing
  • Assist with baby overnight so Mama can sleep at night (we can discuss if you are breastfeeding how we would like to set up)
